Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging Holds Lunch and Learn Program on Healthy Eating for the Holidays

Excited for the upcoming holiday meals but worried about how much to eat?  Come join The Center for Healthy Aging for a Lunch and Learn on “Healthy Eating for the Holidays” presented by May Harter, RD of The Hospital of Central Connecticut.  The Lunch and Learn will be held at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain General Campus on Thursday November 10, 2011 at 12PM. Are you concerned about your memory? Come join the Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging for a memory screening on November 30, 2011.  Kate Lubin, MSW of Arbor Rose will be facilitating memory screenings in honor of National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month.  The Connecticut Center for Healthy Aging, New Britain campus, is located at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain General Campus, 100 Grand Street, New Britain.  To RSVP or for more information, please call 860-224-4278.
