New Britain home wows the ladies of THE VIEW

New Britain was featured coast to coast on one of televisions most popular programs last Friday.

The View, Barbara Walters’ morning talk and interview show on ABC featured a segment on real estate bargains called “What It’s Worth.”  John Corbett, an author on how to buy home bargains across the country featured  Atty. John and Patty King’s sumptuous west end Tudor-style at 469 Lincoln Street as the featured home.

Don Sagarino, well-known and very successful local real estate agent with Coldwell Banker, and the broker for the King home, had been contacted by producers an gave The View more photos and descriptions.

The women of The View marveled at the size and beauty of the home, which has a list price of just $425,000.

To see the full segment, click the link below and go to approximately the 25-minute mark. Be prepared for interminable commercials on your computers, thanks to ABC software technology. But stay with it, it will be worth it. Trust me on that.

Sagarino obviously was thrilled about the segment and said he got calls from as far away as Australia and California after it aired. “I’m busy qualifying buyers now,” he said Monday afternoon.
