Stanley Golf Course in New Britain looks toward another successful season

Mayor Tim O’Brien, Stanley Golf Course personnel and city officials gathered on the first tee last week to officially open Stanley Municipal Golf Course for the 2012 season.

The city owned facility, features 27 holes, an expansive pro shop and the Whinstone Tavern restaurant. Stanley has been recognized as one of the top municipal  courses in Connecticut for generations.
