Each week we have an extremely healthy and diverse selection of seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs, dairy, meat, sweets and honey for you.  

Besides nourishing yourself and your family, when you buy from Urban Oaks, you also contribute to the farm initiating educational programs that focus on farming, sustainability and eating well which we hope will eventually make eating healthy affordable and convenient for all Connecticut residents.
