Celebrate and learn about locally grown food this Wednesday, September 19th at CCSU!

It’s Farm-to-Chef  Week in Connecticut!

Nutmeg Room-Memorial Hall

Join us on Wednesday, September 19th at Central Connecticut State University to learn about food, nutrition and sample locally grown food from New Britain’s very own Urban Oaks Organic farm.

This event will include a reception featuring locally grown ingredients.  Samples will be provided by Urban Oaks Organic Farm and Fresh Point.  A silent auction of artwork, gourmet dinners & more will take place to benefit Urban Oaks Organic Farm.
